Nick J. Agostinelli
Vice President of Operations
Nick Agostinelli began his hospitality career at an early age, working in a variety of hotels and restaurants in and around Chicago, where he was raised. After gaining valuable experience with Hyatt Hotels, he joined I.F.G. Hospitality Services and served as Regional Food and Beverage Director, where he managed food and beverage programs under many different hotel brands of I.F.G. Nick also served as Director of Operations for the Pinnacle Group, Scottsdale, AZ, and Director of Food and Beverage-General Manager at the Sheraton San Marcos Resort in Arizona.
In 1998, he joined Expotel’s 314-room Embassy Suites, Phoenix North as Director of F&B where he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s restaurant concept: Lafitte’s Restaurant, New Orleans Food And All That Jazz. As a result, he was named Corporate F&B Director for Expotel Hospitality Services hotels across the country. Nick continues to seek
cost-effective, yet inviting and profitable, food venues for all hotels.
Nick's successful food and operational track record has led him to his current role as Vice President Operations for the West for Expotel Hospitality Services. Nick currently oversees the Phoenix Regional office and lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two daughters.

Bret Chittenden
Regional Director of Operations
Bret Chittenden joined Expotel in 1997 as Assistant General Manager at the Best Western Inn Airport. He was promoted in March 2000 to the General Manager of Hampton Inn Metairie. Over the next several years, he acted as General Manager for several other full service hotels in the New Orleans Market. He was then promoted to area Operation Manager of the New Orleans market in 2007 in which he was responsible for overseeing five properties.
As of January 2011, he began serving as the Regional Director of Operations for New Orleans. Bret is responsible for managing and overseeing operations of the Gulf Coast Region for Expotel Hospitality Services. As well as implementing internal capital planning, financial performance and quality assurance compliance of Expotel hotels in the region.
Bret is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association. A native of New Orleans, Bret is married and the father of three children.

John J. Koss
Regional Director of Operations
John Koss, Regional Director of Operations, joined Expotel Hospitality in May of 2005 and is a seasoned hotelier with 20+ years in the Hospitality industry. John’s key responsibilities include providing regional support to hotels. John also provides hotel acquisition support and oversees transition teams during takeovers. In addition, John is involved in the development of new management and ownership opportunities, conversion of new properties as well as disposition and asset management functions.
Prior to joining Expotel Hospitality, John worked with Davidson Hotel Company for 14 years in several positions throughout the country to include General Manager and Task Force/Transition Team support. During his career John has also worked with Sunstone Hotels and Sage Hospitality. John has experience with a multitude of Hotel brands to include: Hilton, Embassy Suites, Doubletree, Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Marriott, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express as well as boutique non-branded properties. John is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.
